It's here, it's here!! If you missed our announcement last week, Kristin and I are hosting a #4weeksfit challenge that starts today! It can be any type of fitness/weight loss/healthy eating goal you want it to be. We're just challenging you to stick to it for 4 weeks and link-up your results with us on May 30th! :) The more motivation we can all get, the better! I don't know about you all, but I am so pumped to start this month off strong and have an amazing #4weeksfit. Nothing like warm weather and bikini season to really make you want you want to step your game up.
I've decided on 2 goals for the challenge:
#1 - Work out BEFORE work 3 times a week
Ugh. This is absolutely going to be a challenge for me, I know. Every once in awhile I'm able to get up and hit the gym before I go to work, but most days I turn the alarm off and go right back to bed. I hate how much of my evening is gone when I hit the gym after work, so I'm determined to change that. Plus, how amazing does it feel to have your workout done by 7am?! I'm so ready for the next phase in my fitness journey where going to the gym in the morning is just part of my normal life!
#2- Lose 5-7 pounds
It was hard to pick a set number of pounds that I want to lose this month, but I think 5-7 is a realistic number that will put me pretty darn close to my goal weight. I know lifting weights and getting stronger will (hopefully!) build me some muscle, so I didn't want to limit myself too much to a certain number but just keep slimming down little by little. And hopefully a few more things in my closet will fit at the end of this month, too.
