Friday Favorites

Ohhh, Friday. I really try not to play favorites- but you are certainly my favorite day of the week. Along with your friends Saturday and Sunday. Especially when the work week has been chaotic! I felt like every day this week I've been scrambling to get all the things done that need done. It makes the days go faster for sure, but I'm pretty sure my head is still spinning. Luckily, my boss realizes we've all been bustin' our butts this week and paid for doughnuts for our department. Not just any doughnuts, THE best doughnuts in the city, maybe even in Ohio ;)

So number one on my #H54F today:
1. Fresh, local bakery doughnuts. Particularly, the coconut ones.... yum! The owner is the sweetest lady ever, always giving out samples, chatting you up, plus- look how cute the boxes are that your treats come in!

2. Sugar Love Boutique; Honestly, when I started blogging, I never imagined the connections I'd be able to make or the awesome products/shops I'd get a chance to work with! The owner, Jill is as sweet as they come and I'm excited about hopefully meeting her this fall!!

3. An upcoming weekend with NO PLANS! Other than watching Jared in a company softball tournament Saturday night, our weekend is open and free. Thank goodness for that! I know I should probably say I'm going to be really productive and get a lot done.... but I may just need a lazy weekend, sorry! ;)

4. As if I hadn't talked about sweets enough today, number four goes to my husband who's got an even sweeter sweet tooth than me! A husband who decides it's a good idea for us to bake cookies at 9pm on a Thursday night. You know, because we had about a cup of milk and a couple eggs left.... can't let those go bad, right?! Jared is so resourceful ;)

5. And last, but certainly NOT least, FOOTBALL. The Bengals kick off their first preseason game in just 19 little days! I'm excited to share lots of football fun on this blog in the coming months. I've been chatting with a few other diehard football gals and we've got a fun link-up coming to a blog near you, so keep an eye out for details to come! Forgive me, summer-lovers but I am READY for fall and football. Bring it on!!

What are you High-5ing this Friday??

  10. Yes! I'm loving Friday today too! Especially the Royal Baby alert! Haha! Coconut donuts are delicious. I need to check out Sugar Love Boutique. I would love to partner with small businesses but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I need to do some research this weekend. I'm still new to this whole thing so it will take some time for sure to develop relationships. Love the photography in this post!

    Have a good weekend Erin!
