Arkansas!

Well I have officially learned what the "small town life" really is about after spending 4 days in Arkansas! Jared and I got to roadtrip with Caleb&Kayla down to the middle of no where to visit his parents. They just moved down there a few months ago so this was our first opportunity to drive 11 hours to the Southwest and visit them in their tiny city-- population: 1,500.

We got there on the 4th of July and went to a local festival about 30 minutes from their house. You have a decent drive to get anywhere-- something I'm not used to at all! The festival was small and fun. It was crazy how many people seemed to all know each other. We definitely got some good people watching in while we were there ;)
Yummmm, humidity!
There was a skydiving performance, live choir music and of course- lots of unhealthy, cheap snacks.

And for a small town, they put on an awesome firework display!

I'll have to finish recapping my adventure to Arkansas over the next few days-- there were too many memories, laughs and moments to include in just one post!

How was your weekend??
