Things you might want to know

Over the past few weeks I begged asked for any questions my awesome readers might have. Mainly- I just needed some post ideas, if we're just keeping it real around here ;)

So you may learn something, you may not. Let's just run with this:

Erin asked: If you were banned from liking the Bengals, which NFL team would be your favorite?
Tough question because no team even comes close to the Bengals in my book. BUT, since you're making me answer... I'd probably say the Atlanta Falcons. I'm a big fan of Roddy White and Julio Jones... and I love the city too!

Sara asked: How many times a week do you bust out dancing... Because I'm guessing it's at least 14+
Sara, I think you hit the answer exactly. If you count a dance party to and from work on my commute every day, plus a few spontaneous weekend dances? Probably right around 14-15 ;)

Becky asked: If you could be any fictional character from a book, who would you be?
Oooh.... I'm going to go old school and say Anne from Anne of Green Gables. I would love to go back to that time period and that girl has spunk! Plus, who doesn't want to meet Gil?!

Yesi asked: Do you have any funny traits/habits?
You mean other than everything I do? Hmm. I already told you about the dance parties... I make up stupid songs/raps a lot about whatever I'm doing at the moment. (Wash these dishes, wash 'em good.... wash these dishes in my hooood) I quadruple lock my car doors- always. No matter how tired I am it generally takes me an hour+ to fall asleep at night.

Carolyn asked: What is your favorite thing about being married to Jared?
Aww, I love this question :) He really is my other half.... we're such opposites in so many ways, and I love that. He's the Type B I need in my life! I love that he can be so free-spirited and much more spontaneous than I am.... He's also hilarious and makes me laugh EVERY single day.

Brandy asked: Would you ever pick up and move?
Jared and I talk about this all the time.... we are beach-lovers and dream of living there. Some days we're like, "Let's start looking for jobs" and other times we're like, "We can't leave our city!" I think if the right opportunity ever came along we would- but it would have to be a dream job for one of us. So the Carolina's need to stop calling our name ;)
Take me to Hilton Head Island ANY day.
Lauren asked: Who is going to win the Super Bowl this year?
If you had a different job, what would it be?
Bengals, duh Lauren! ;) I'll see you in New York in February!! And I'm working on being a published author- so that's definitely the ultimate dream job for me. However, I think I would love being an Elementary teacher too.

Thanks to everyone who asked questions! I have a few more I didn't get to, so I might do another installment of this sometime soon. Did you learn anything? Think of any other prying questions for me?

  4. I still can't believe the Super Bowl is going to be in FREEZING New York. This is the one year I won't be cheering for the Packers to go "all the way." That's horrible, I know. But we've agreed if they made it to the SB again, we'd go. And I don't want to go there, haha. Yes for warm weather in the Carolina's! That's one of our vacation spots too!

  7. Wash these dishes in my hood.....lol!

The Carolinas have been calling my name for a LONG time....my husband just needs to clean the ear wax out so he can hear the call too!

  8. I'd probably answer the Carolinas too. We loved Asheville and while it's not AT the beach, it's damn closer than Ohio!

Thank you for the Anne of Green Gables nostalgia.

  16. Obsessed with Anne of Green Gables. Loved those movies when I was little- sooo good.

Doug and I always think about just packing up and leaving Cleveland (probable for San Fran), but I just can't do it- always going to be an Ohio girl!

  24. Erin, I didn't think it was possible but I love you even more now!
While, I am a Bengals fan, the Falcons are my number one team. So,..ya know.. we can root for both together, only you'll be primarily Bengal & I'll be primarily Falcons. It'll even out! ;) Rowdy Roddy is my faaav!
SPEAKING OF..The Falcons face the Bengals in the first preseason game this year & they are having combo practices the days beforehand. Totally think I'm gonna try to go! I mean, come on! haha.
And I agree with the pick up and moving. Doug and I are the same, but when it comes down to it, I'm way too attached to my family & my town...but, the Carolina's are Georgia's neighbor...sooo..we'd basically be neighbors. haha. Just sayinnn. ;p

  28. But for real, that dancing thing sounds just like me. Dance to the bathroom, dance to the kitchen. I started dancing down the hall at my new job and forgot where I was momentarily. Movement is awesome :)

  29. I have a friend from college who is a big Bengals fan but since the Titans(hey I know they aren't that good but one of these years they will be!) are closer to me, I cheer for them.

I was in HHI in April and I agree, take me there any day! Love that place :)

  32. Oh Erin, we are totally mean to be BFF's based on your response to Yesi's question. I wrote yesterday in my post about my '5 Traits I Look For in a Life Partner' that I make up a ton of silly dance moves and act out random scenes from movies just to make my fiance laugh. We also talk in Robot sometimes....seriously. We are total dorks together. But isnt that what true love is all about?:)

We would totally get along! You are so cute!

    Love that funny face photo:)
