High♥Five

This morning, I woke up at 8AM. In case that means nothing to you.... that's what time I typically leave my house in the morning. Whoops!! Somehow I completely slept right through my alarm... it was one of those morning's that you don't even hear it go off, ever! Hopefully my greased back ponytail is disguised by the headband I'm rocking today. It's a not so glamorous day over here, that's for sure!

But in the meantime, I wanted to link up with a different Friday link-up today. I feel like giving out some high five's, don't you!?

My 5 favorite things right now that deserve high-fives:

1. Just found out my sister and brother-in-law will be coming in town at the end of this month. YAY! They typically make it here once a year randomly and once a year for a holiday which is just not even close to enough, so we're excited!

2. This brand of red pepper hummus. Oh my goodness.... so delicious. It's been joining me and my veggies at lunch just about every day!

3. Our no-spend month and how crazy it's been so far, only a week into June. I'm looking forward to sharing a lot about our budget and our student loan attack on here soon!

4. That our BFFs are finally home from their honeymoon and we get to spend some quality time with them this weekend :) And start planning OUR first married-couples trip together and a billion other fun summer things!!

5. Jared :) As always, he brings more joy into my life than I ever even thought possible. We've had the best couple of weeks we've had in a long time.... just working on goals together, planning our future and just being together. We hold each other accountable in so many aspects of life; couldn't do it without this man by my side! Lots of high-fives for you!! ;)

What things in your life deserve some high-fives right now? Happy weekend, friends!!

  8. I woke up at 8am this morning, too! And since I normally leave the house at 8:15, not only was I a bit late for work but I'm now also rocking a top knot. Oh well, TGIF!

  14. So glad your besties are back in town!! We're out of town (my sister is graduating this weekend), but Noel called and said he slept right through his alarm as well. Must be the rain (is it pouring there too?) You definitely need to blog about your no spend month. I'm definitely interested in how you're doing it!
