Matthew 5:4

This is all I have today, friends. Praying for everyone who was in Boston, had loved ones in Boston, the volunteers, the policeman, the EMTs, the entire running community...and most of all, for our country as a whole. The articles and news information out there is overwhelming right now, but if you want to grab onto a small light in this tragedy, read this article a friend posted on Facebook. It's 13 examples of some of the amazing people who were brave in the face of the chaos.

  1. Thanks Erin! It is overwhelming when things like this happen...is is much better to remember what good we can. I am glad you shared this. I also liked this from a blogger who was present: http://www.confessionsofanorthernbelle.com/2013/04/angels-were-protecting-us.html

  3. You are only the 2nd blogger I follow who posted about Boston. It broke my heart last night to hear how many amputations they already had to do. As someone tweeted, its only a matter of time before God's plan to punish whomever has done this comes through.

  6. It is overwhelming. I hate how much information is out there that isn't correct. It makes it hard to really grasp what actually happened. Thanks for sharing that bible verse though. I will read that through the day a few times.

  9. I cried at work when I read the link you shared.
So often when these things happen, we lose sight of the good that emerges during the darkest times.

    Prayers for Boston.
